We’re Hiring: Purchase Executive – Mechanical Manufacturing Industry

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our growing team in the mechanical manufacturing sector.

📍 Position: Purchase Executive

🧑‍💼 Experience: 3–5 Years

🏭 Industry: Mechanical Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source materials, equipment, services needed for plant operations.

• Find reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships.

• Process POs accurately and ensure timely delivery.

• Get the best price without compromising quality. Check quality of incoming materials and equipment.

• Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory.

• Ensure purchases meet industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

✔ 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or electronic component procurement.

✔ Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

✔ Good understanding of BOM, sourcing, and supply chain processes

✔ Ability to work closely with production and planning teams

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred
