*Purchase Executive – Industrial Control Panel Manufacturing*
_Work Location: Sriperumbudur SIPCOT | Experience: 5–10 years | CTC: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month_
*About the Role*
We’re looking for a hands-on Purchase Executive to manage procurement for our industrial control panel manufacturing operations. You’ll source materials, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely availability of components for production.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Source and procure electrical components (switchgear, MCCBs, MCBs, relays, contactors, wires, enclosures, etc.)
- Identify and develop reliable vendors and negotiate pricing, delivery, and payment terms
- Raise purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up to avoid production delays
- Coordinate with engineering & production teams to understand material requirements and specifications
- Maintain inventory levels and monitor stock movement
- Verify GRNs, invoices, and coordinate with accounts for payment processing
- Evaluate vendor performance on quality, cost, and delivery
- Handle import documentation if required
*Candidate Profile*
- 5–10 years experience in purchase/procurement within industrial control panel or electrical equipment manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of electrical & automation components and supplier market
- Skilled in vendor negotiation, cost analysis, and purchase documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP (Tally or similar)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
