We're looking for a Purchase Executive with 2-3 years of experience in Construction/MEP/HVAC. Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month.
Job Description
- Manage procurement activities for construction projects
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documents
- Maintain procurement records and databases
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Any degree with strong procurement knowledge
- 2-3 years of experience in construction/MEP/HVAC procurement
- Experience with tendering, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Location:* Guindy,Chennai
