Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Purchase Executive to handle field-based procurement activities. The role involves daily coordination with vendors, material sourcing, and ensuring timely availability of materials for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily field procurement activities for project requirements
Visit vendors/suppliers for material sourcing, negotiations, and follow-ups
Coordinate material collection and delivery to factory/site
Ensure proper material verification and handover (in-house & site)
Maintain strong relationships with local vendors and suppliers
Track urgent requirements and ensure on-time procurement
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, Project)
Maintain basic records of purchases, invoices, and logistics
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in procurement / purchase (field role preferred)
Willingness to travel daily for procurement activities
Basic knowledge of industrial materials / fabrication items
Good communication and negotiation skills
Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
