About the Company:
We are a growing organization specializing in MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) services and solutions. Our expertise includes Design Engineering, SITC Contracts, and Maintenance across domains such as Fire Protection, Water Mist Systems, Utility Piping & Plumbing, ELV-IBMS, Security Surveillance, and LT-HT Electrical Turnkey Projects.
Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and proactive Purchase Executives with 1–3 years of experience in procurement. The candidate will manage purchasing activities, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth procurement operations aligned with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials/services based on project requirements
- Identify reliable vendors and negotiate competitive pricing and terms
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and maintain purchase documentation
- Coordinate with project and site teams to understand material needs
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain supplier relationships
- Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement processes
- Prepare procurement reports using MS Excel and documentation in MS Word
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years in Purchase / Procurement
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good negotiation and vendor coordination abilities
