Role Description The Purchase Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery. The Purchase Executive will track inventory requirements, negotiate pricing and terms, and maintain accurate procurement records. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to understand material and service needs, monitoring vendor performance, ensuring compliance with company purchasing policies, and supporting cost optimization and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Management and Procurement to handle vendor selection, negotiations, and sourcing activities.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions to manage documentation and approval workflows.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and logistics partners.
- Relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain, preferably within electronics, hardware, or technology sectors such as drones or robotics.
- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities, with attention to detail and familiarity with basic inventory management practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing or ERP software; ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
