We are seeking a Purchase Executive for our client office with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage procurement, vendor coordination, and material delivery operations. The candidate will be responsible for raising purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, tracking logistics, verifying invoices, maintaining purchase records, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities :
• Procurement and material delivery coordination
• Purchase order creation and vendor management
• Logistics, documentation, and vendor payment coordination
• Invoice verification against received materials
• Maintain purchase records and follow up on deliveries
Eligibility :
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Candidates from interior, manufacturing, construction, or related sectors preferred
• Strong coordination, documentation, and negotiation skills.
