Role Description
We are seeking a Purchase Executive for a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai. In this role, you will handle end-to-end procurement processes, including managing purchase orders, coordinating purchase requisitions, sourcing vendors, and negotiating contracts. Additional responsibilities will include monitoring inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions management
- Strong expertise in Purchase Management and Procurement processes
- Effective verbal and written Communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and timely deliveries
- Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control is a plus
- Experience in a similar role, with a focus on procurement and purchasing processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
