About the Role
We are looking for a Purchase Executive with 2–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. The role involves managing the sourcing and procurement of materials and services required for the production of heavy machinery, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, components, and services
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors
- Raise purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules
- Ensure quality compliance of procured materials
- Maintain vendor relationships and performance records
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and quality teams
- Support cost optimization initiatives and supplier audits

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good analytical and vendor management capabilities
- Familiarity with sourcing processes and procurement practices
- Experience with ERP systems or procurement software
