- Position: Purchase Executive
- 📍 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
- 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time
- 🏢 Work Mode: On-Site
- Handle end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities
- Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders efficiently
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations and negotiations
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain follow-ups
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for procurement planning
- Monitor quality, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Strong knowledge of Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
- Experience in procurement processes and vendor negotiations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Proficiency in sourcing and procurement software/tools will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in hospitality procurement or related industries is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
