Job Details :
Position: Executive – Purchase
Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 1-3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities :
1. Bought-Out Parts (BOP) Development
- Identify and develop suppliers
- Float RFQs and collect quotations
- Conduct commercial negotiations
- Perform technical evaluation of supplier quotes
- Manage PPAP and IMDS documentation
2. Indirect Purchasing
- Handle RFQ processes for indirect materials/services
- Compare quotations and finalize vendors
- Create and release Purchase Orders (POs)
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders
3. Project Coordination
- Track BOP requirements for new projects
- Work closely with project and Stores teams
- Coordinate supplier audits
Ideal Candidate :
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of automotive purchase processes
- Experience with RFQ, PPAP, and supplier coordination
- Good communication and coordination skills
