Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Executive located in the Greater Vadodara Area. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for procuring products, managing vendor relationships, maintaining purchase records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role also involves negotiating with suppliers, sourcing new vendors, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in procurement, vendor management, and inventory control
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills to secure cost-effective procurement deals
- Proficiency in purchase order management and maintaining accurate purchase records
- Familiarity with medical and surgical products or prior experience in healthcare-related procurement
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proficiency with procurement software and ERP systems is a plus
