Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for a Purchase Executive. The Purchase Executive will oversee procurement operations, handle purchase orders, manage inventory, and ensure that all materials are sourced in a timely and cost-effective manner. Responsibilities include reviewing purchase requisitions, negotiating with suppliers, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining accurate records to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and end-to-end Purchase Management processes
- Experience in Procurement and vendor relationship management
- Strong Communication skills for negotiations and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with inventory management and basic supply chain operations
- Proficiency in using procurement and inventory software tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
