Position: Purchase Executive — Hospitality Industry
Location: Vikhroli - Mumbai
Experience: 4–6 Years (Hospitality/F&B Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day purchasing for food, beverages, and operational supplies
- Identify reliable vendors and negotiate best pricing & payment terms
- Ensure timely delivery of quality materials as per operational requirements
- Maintain purchase records, inventory-level tracking, and PO documentation
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and operations team for demand planning
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and hygiene standards
- Monitor market trends and maintain cost efficiency
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality procurement (F&B, consumables)
- Good understanding of inventory systems and Excel
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines
