📍 Location: 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗸𝗵𝗹𝗶, 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱, 𝗣𝗨𝗡𝗘
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
🎓 Qualification: BE Mechanical / Electronics / Electromechanical
Experience : 3 Years plus
We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Purchase Executive for an engineering manufacturing setup.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in purchasing hydraulic, electrical, fabrication, and machine-related materials as per production requirements.
- Online research and compare suppliers for best price, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with design, production, stores and sales teams to understand technical material requirements and drawings.
- Develop new vendors for machining, fabrication, casting, electrical, and industrial components.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.
- Ensure purchased materials meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly procurement planning and status reports.
- Negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and service providers.
- Maintain proper purchase records, PO tracking, quotations, and vendor documentation.
- Coordinate supplier payments and maintain strong vendor relationships for smooth operations.
✅ Candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
✅ Experience in engineering/manufacturing industry will ONLY be preferred.
