Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Skills:
• Purchase & Procurement Knowledge
• Vendor Development & Management
• RFQ, Quotation Comparison & Negotiation
• Purchase Order (PO) Preparation & Follow-up
• Cost Negotiation & Cost-Saving
• Tally ERP / TallyPrime (Mandatory)
• MS Excel & ERP Knowledge
• Dealer & Distributor Payment Follow-up
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end purchase activities and vendor coordination
• Identify and develop new vendors
• Collect quotations and negotiate prices & payment terms
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders
• Ensure timely material delivery
• Maintain purchase entries, invoices and records in Tally ERP/TallyPrime
• Prepare Purchase MIS reports
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, QC & Accounts
