We are looking for a proactive and experienced Purchase Executive to join our team at Gemorion Machinery, Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms and contracts with vendors
- Raise and process Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP
- Coordinate with stores, production and accounts departments
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays
- Maintain purchase records and reports in SAP
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate reordering as required
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement
- Hands-on experience in SAP (MM Module preferred)
- Good knowledge of vendor management and negotiation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Work Location: Coimbatore (Work from Office Only)
