Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Executive located in Kolkata. The Purchase Executive will oversee the procurement process, including managing purchase orders, handling purchase requisitions, and ensuring timely acquisition of materials and supplies. Day-to-day responsibilities include vendor communication, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will ensure that all purchasing activities align with the company’s budget and supply chain requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and overall Purchase Management processes
- Prior 2+ Years of experience in Purchase / Supply Chain Domain
- Hands On Experienec with Google sheets & Excel
- Strong Procurement skills with experience in sourcing quality materials and negotiating with vendors
- Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using procurement or inventory management software is a plus
- Candidates with Relevant experience in the F&B industry will be given first priority
