🚨 We’re Hiring: Purchase Executive – Construction (8+ Years Experience)
📍 Location: Patiala, Punjab

AGT Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and technically strong Purchase Executive to join our project team at Patiala site. If you have deep expertise in construction procurement and vendor management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials such as cement, steel, concrete, aggregates, electrical & plumbing items, etc.
- Conduct vendor identification, evaluation & development
- Prepare and analyze Comparative Statements (CSQ) in ERP System for cost-effective decision-making
- Lead price negotiations to achieve optimum cost, quality, and delivery terms
- Coordinate closely with site and project teams for material planning and timely supply
- Issue and track Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor market rates and cost trends in construction materials
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and procurement records
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure continuous supply chain efficiency
Requirements
- 🎓 Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Procurement / Supply Chain
- 🏗️ 8+ years of experience in construction procurement
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and site requirements
- Proven expertise in negotiation, vendor management & cost control
- Hands-on experience in CSQ preparation and analysis in ERP System
- Good command over MS Excel & documentation
Preferred Profile
- Experience handling site-level procurement
- Should have core experience in Engineering/Construction/infrastructural companies only
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in ERP System
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and urgent project demands
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
