Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for a Purchase Executive. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, handling purchase requisitions, coordinating with suppliers, evaluating procurement needs, and optimizing purchasing initiatives. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials, maintain inventory levels, and streamline procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in handling Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
- Strong skills in Procurement, including vendor evaluation and cost optimization
- Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using procurement tools or software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in the manufacturing or agricultural industry is an added advantage
