We are pleased to inform you that we have an opening for the position of Purchase Executive at our Guindy, Chennai.
Education Qualification: Any Bachelor degree
Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Work Mode: In-person (Office)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle vendor sourcing and supplier management.
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials required for production.
- Track orders and coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation and purchase reports.
- Coordinate with accounts, stores, and production teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Purchase / Procurement.
- Experience in vendor negotiation and quotation comparison.
- Knowledge of purchase documentation and inventory coordination.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or ERP systems will be an advantage.
