About the Role
We are seeking a Purchase Executive to manage procurement operations for our projects. The role involves vendor coordination, material purchasing, documentation, and logistics support to ensure timely availability of resources while maintaining cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase & Vendor Coordination: Raise and process purchase orders, negotiate pricing, confirm delivery timelines, and ensure timely material supply.
Material & Documentation Control: Verify specifications against BOM, manage MDCC, test certificates, warranty papers, and dispatch documentation.
Logistics & Dispatch Support: Coordinate packing lists, dispatch schedules, and track production to avoid site delays.
Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Check stock levels, verify GRNs, and resolve shortages or mismatches.
Vendor Invoice & Payment Support: Process invoices, coordinate with finance, and assist in vendor ledger reconciliation.
Reporting & Cost Tracking: Maintain purchase trackers, budget sheets, and share updates on vendor performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement/purchase, preferably in Solar, or Electronics, automation industry.
