Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Purchase Engineer role based in Navi Mumbai. The Purchase Engineer will be responsible for managing procurement processes, including planning and executing purchase orders, vendor negotiations, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role involves maintaining relationships with suppliers, monitoring market trends, and ensuring materials meet required specifications and quality standards. Collaboration with other departments to meet project demands and cost efficiency goals is a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchase Planning
- Experience in creating and managing Purchase Orders
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating suppliers and negotiating contracts
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of the elevator or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
