Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Purchase Manager to oversee inventory management, procurement operations, and warehouse efficiency. This role is critical in ensuring seamless supply chain operations, cost optimization, and timely product availability for our growing D2C business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end warehouse and procurement operations including inventory, dispatch, and vendor management
- Ensure optimal stock levels, accurate inventory tracking, and timely replenishment
- Handle vendor sourcing, negotiations, and procurement planning
- Coordinate logistics for smooth and timely order fulfillment (D2C operations)
- Minimize wastage, expiry, and operational costs
- Implement systems (ERP) and improve processes for efficiency and scalability
- Ensure compliance, documentation, and reporting (MIS)

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse and procurement roles (D2C/eCommerce preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory tools
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with nutraceuticals, FMCG, or healthcare products is a plus
