Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Preferably based in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ambernath, Badlapur, Kalyan, Dombivali etc.
Job description:
1.0 Take the procurement requirements from all departments.
2.0 Take quotations from various suppliers.
3.0 Prepare Purchase orders & communicate to the supplier/vendor in accordance with Director.
4.0 Follow up with suppliers for delivery of material.
5.0 Receipt of material and preparation of GRN against the purchase order.
6.0 Preparation & maintenance of compliance calendar.
7.0 Communication with hiring agencies for manpower recruitment.
8.0 Communication with potential candidates for procuring resumes.
9.0 Arranging interview with the candidates.
10.0 Arranging the induction program for the newly joined candidates.
11.0 Maintain details of each employee.
12.0 Maintain list of Employee.
13.0 Making arrangements for internal training.
14.0 Arrange medical checkup and maintain its records for each employee.
15.0 Maintain attendance and leave record for all employees.
16.0 Maintain housekeeping of the factory and its records.
17.0 Arrange for pest control activity.
18.0 Maintain fire extinguishers and its refilling.
19.0 Identification of Vendor for Raw material and Packing material.
20.0 Sending Vendor questionnaire to vendor and get it filled from him.
21.0 Procurement of samples from the vendors for evaluation purpose.
22.0 Signing Purchase Order
23.0 Signing Tax invoice
24.0 Prepare and maintain all admin and purchase related SOPs, formats and keep the records.
