Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Purchase Admin Executive to manage procurement activities and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations at our MIDC office. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, vendor management experience, and a structured approach to inventory and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Vendor Management
- Raise purchase orders with approved/allocated vendors.
- Maintain strong coordination with vendors for timely delivery of materials/services.
- Track orders and ensure cost-effective procurement practices.
Inventory Compliance
- Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory is always maintained.
- Ensure all purchases and inventory processes adhere to company compliance standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal tracking.
Administrative Operations
- Manage office supplies such as stationery and ensure timely replenishment.
- Oversee housekeeping operations and maintain inventory related to the same.
- Ensure optimal utilization of storage space and proper record-keeping.
Documentation Coordination
- Maintain organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documents.Coordinate with internal teams for requirements and approvals.
Key Requirements
- 24 years of experience in procurement, purchase, or admin roles.
- Good knowledge of vendor coordination and inventory management.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling office administration along with procurement.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
