Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Account Manager located in Jaipur. The primary responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring and optimizing purchase transactions, and ensuring cost-effectiveness in procurement. The role will also involve tracking purchase orders, analyzing supplier performance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives. Additional duties may include keeping financial and operational records updated for better analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and sourcing strategies
- Proven ability to manage procurement processes and analyze cost efficiencies
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as procurement or accounting systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in generating and interpreting reports
- Educational background in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
- Familiarity with the travel or tourism industry is a plus
