Position Overview Based at Mumbai, India location, in order to strengthen our HR & Admin team we are currently seeking an: Human Resources Executive (Mumbai - India) Reporting directly to the HR Head and contributes to the overall success of the organization by supporting in HR & Admin operations and reporting. MISSION We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing core HR functions including salary processing, training coordination, induction management, recruitment, employee engagement, and data maintenance on SAP SuccessFactors. Prior experience in an HRBP role will be a strong advantage. Key Accountabilities Compensation & Payroll: Collate and validate salary data from relevant sources. Ensure timely and accurate salary processing. Provide HR provisions for salary budgeting and forecasting. Training & Development: Collect and organize data related to employee training needs. Coordinate and schedule training programs. Track participation and feedback for continuous improvement. Induction & Onboarding: Conduct and schedule induction sessions for new hires. Ensure attendance and engagement of all relevant stakeholders. Maintain induction records and feedback. Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (directly or via agencies). Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers. Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives. Monitor employee satisfaction and suggest improvements. HR Systems & Data Management: Maintain and update employee data on SAP SuccessFactors. Create and manage HR master data. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies. Insurance Coverage & Management: Manage monthly additions and deletions in the employee insurance database. Ensure new employees are enrolled in insurance plans promptly. Remove exited employees from insurance coverage in a timely manner. Coordinate with insurance providers and maintain accurate records. COMPETENCIES / PROFILE Proven experience in HR operations; HRBP experience preferred. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors is a must. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasing personality with a professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Desirable – Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
