A high-growth SaaS company in the Conversational AI and Customer Experience sector, delivering multilingual voice and text solutions, knowledge-base content, and customer-facing microcopy for enterprise clients. We build culturally accurate, high-impact regional-language experiences that improve user engagement and reduce support costs. This remote role hires regional-language writers to create and localize content in Punjabi, Assamese, Kannada, or Marathi.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create original, SEO-optimized content in the assigned regional language: blog posts, help articles, IVR scripts, SMS/WhatsApp copy, social content, and microcopy.
- Localize and transcreate English source material—preserve intent, tone, and brand voice while making content culturally relevant and fluent.
- Perform regional keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices to improve discoverability and organic engagement.
- Collaborate with product, UX, design, and localization teams to align content with product flows and customer journeys.
- Maintain and update style guides, glossaries, and linguistic QA checklists; perform peer reviews and content proofreading.
- Publish and manage content in CMS and track content performance; iterate based on analytics and stakeholder feedback.
