About the role

As Punahou strives for an education that centers upon personalized learning, a Reserve Teacher will personalize their support for teachers as well.  These Reserve Teachers will use their understanding of the Punahou context to effectively step into classrooms and provide a successful learning environment.  The building of strong professional relationships with faculty members are also critical to the role, as often that is the foundation for understanding the Reserve Teacher’s role when stepping into a classroom.
