What You'll Achieve

• Develop and implement PPC strategies for Puffy's online campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Manage and optimize the company's Google Ads account, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
• Continuously analyze and assess campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI and achieve KPI targets.
• Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) activities, including A/B testing and landing page optimization, to improve ad performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content, design, and web development, to create high-quality and relevant ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the PPC team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Prepare and present regular reports on PPC performance to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommending strategic actions.

Ideal Profile

• 5+ years managing large-scale Google Ads accounts with $1M+ monthly spend in e-commerce environments, preferably D2C
• Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and advanced PPC tools with proven ROI optimization
• Superior analytical abilities, capable of extracting meaningful insights from complex data sets to drive strategic decisions
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
• Experience implementing sophisticated CRO strategies with measurable impact on conversion metrics
• Strategic mindset with ability to connect PPC initiatives to broader business objectives
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment

• Google Ads certification
• Experience in the mattress or sleep products industry
