What You'll Achieve
- Develop and execute a multi-platform employer branding strategy for LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, and emerging platforms to enhance Puffy’s global reputation as a top employer of choice.
- Create and publish engaging and compelling content (posts, Reels, Stories, blogs, employee spotlights) that highlights Puffy’s culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging across all platforms.
- Capture authentic employee stories and testimonials through photography, videography, and interviews to build trust and excitement about working at Puffy.
- Implement and manage chatbots on platforms like Gleen to automate candidate communications and improve the hiring experience.
- Monitor platform performance using analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics) and adjust strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and application rates.
- Research and propose new platforms for employer branding, developing launch plans to expand Puffy’s presence.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to craft candidate communications, optimize career site design, and support global hiring initiatives.
- Partner with talent acquisition, marketing, and leadership to align employer branding with business goals and ensure a cohesive employee value proposition (EVP).
Ideal Profile
- 3+ years of experience in employer branding, social media management, and talent attraction, with a focus on multi-platform strategies.
- A self-starter with a creative mindset, able to bring bold ideas to life while working independently.
- Proven ability to create innovative content across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Skilled in basic video creation, editing, and photography, with proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.
- Strong storytelling skills, capable of crafting compelling posts, blogs, and candidate messages.
- Experienced in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights) to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborative, with strong stakeholder management skills to work with global talent acquisition, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Good-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, candidate engagement, or data analysis (e.g., AI-driven analytics, automated messaging).
- Prior experience implementing chatbots (e.g., Gleen) to enhance candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes.
- Experience in a global or distributed team environment is preferred.
