Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Purchase Coordinator, based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, ensuring timely procurement of materials, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Key tasks include tracking inventory levels, negotiating prices and terms, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate procurement records. This position requires collaboration with internal teams to meet business requirements and ensure efficient procurement operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Procurement, Inventory Management, and Vendor Coordination
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Attention to Detail, Organizational, and Time Management skills
- Basic Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-Solving and Analytical skills for process improvement
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
