✨ About Us
We are building a modern publishing company powered by AI. Our goal is simple: make it dramatically easier to create, publish, and scale high-quality books.
We combine human creativity with AI workflows to produce content faster, better, and more creatively than traditional publishing.
If you love books, love writing, and are curious about how AI is changing publishing — you’ll fit right in.
🧠 Role Overview
This is not a traditional publishing internship.
You will work directly on creating books using AI-assisted workflows — from idea to final manuscript. You’ll help us write, edit, refine, and ship books faster than most publishers can imagine.
Think of this as part writer, part editor, part creative collaborator with AI.
✍️ What You’ll Do
- Assist in writing and editing book content (fiction, non-fiction, experiments)
- Work with AI tools to generate, refine, and improve manuscripts
- Proofread and polish content for clarity, tone, and quality
- Help turn rough ideas into structured book drafts
- Do light research to support writing projects
- Collaborate on new publishing experiments and formats
- Review layouts and suggest improvements
- Help us ship books — not just work on them endlessly
❤️ What We’re Looking For (Most Important)
- You genuinely love reading books (not just saying it)
- You enjoy writing — even if no one asked you to
- You have opinions on writing, stories, or ideas
- You are curious and willing to experiment
- You are okay working with AI tools (we’ll teach you)
👉 Experience does NOT matter
👉 Your taste, curiosity, and effort DO
👍 Bonus (Not Required)
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Canva, etc.
- Any past writing (blogs, stories, journals, anything)
- Basic understanding of publishing or content creation
🌍 Why Join Us
- Work directly on real books, not dummy tasks
- Learn AI-powered publishing workflows (this is the future)
- High ownership — your work will actually get published
- Fully remote, flexible work environment
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time role
📝 How to Apply
Instead of a resume, send us:
- Your favorite book and why you love it
- A short piece of writing (anything — blog, story, rant, notes)
- Send it to monk0062006@gmail.com
⚡ Final Note
We don’t care about degrees, brands, or fancy resumes.
We care about one thing:
- Do you love books enough to help create them?
