Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee offline book distribution across bookstores, airport outlets, and other retail channels.
- Coordinate with distributors, vendors, and retail partners to ensure timely stock replenishment and smooth operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute press releases and other media communication initiatives.
- Handle contract renewals with authors, distributors, vendors, and other business partners, ensuring timely documentation and compliance.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and track project progress.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline operational workflows.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges while maintaining high service standards.
- Perform additional project-related responsibilities as assigned by the management.
