Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Publisher Sales Executive – Programmatic Advertising, based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with publishers, managing programmatic advertising partnerships, and overseeing the sales process to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure advertising campaign success.
Qualifications
- Experience in programmatic advertising, digital media sales, or publisher development is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical thinking with a focus on performance metrics and data interpretation
- Understanding of programmatic platforms, DMPs, and relevant advertising technologies
- Proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable to a hybrid working environment
- Experience with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
