Role Description
We are hiring for a full-time Publisher Sales – Programmatic Advertising role, based on-site in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and building partnerships with high-performing publishers, managing programmatic campaigns, negotiating agreements, analyzing campaign performance, and strategizing to maximize results. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet client acquisition goals and execute revenue-generating strategies for both clients and publishers.
Qualifications
- Experience in Publisher Management, Programmatic Advertising, and Media Buying
- Strong skills in Analyzing Data, Campaign Optimization, and Performance Reporting
- Proficiency in Relationship Building, Communication, and Negotiation
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams while achieving individual goals
- Previous experience in digital advertising or ad tech platforms is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field
