Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Support the end-to-end execution of global performance marketing campaigns across CPI, CPA, and CPS models.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery and performance.
Affiliate & Publisher Management
- Assist in identifying, onboarding, and managing affiliate and publisher partners.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with partners to support campaign growth and scalability.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for affiliates and publishers regarding campaign updates, delivery requirements, and operational support.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular performance reports and delivery updates.
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights to support optimization and decision-making.
Requirements
Experience & Industry Knowledge
- Up to 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
- Basic understanding of mobile performance marketing and affiliate ecosystems.
Technical Understanding
- Familiarity with performance-based pricing models such as CPI, CPA, and CPS.
- Basic understanding of campaign reporting and delivery processes is preferred.
Communication Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage professional communication with partners and internal teams effectively.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with campaign performance data and optimization insights.
Additional Advantage
- Existing exposure to affiliate networks, publishers, or mobile advertising platforms will be considered a plus.
