Publisher Development Executive
The Germane Media | Remote | 1–3 Years Experience | Publisher Partnerships
Role SummaryThe Germane Media (TGM) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Publisher Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is instrumental in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high-quality publisher partnerships across Web, In-App, and CTV environments. You will work at the intersection of technology and partnerships, helping drive revenue growth by expanding TGM’s footprint among premium publishers.
Key Responsibilities• Identify, engage, and onboard new publishers to integrate TGM’s monetization solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and deal negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing publishing partners to ensure consistent performance and satisfaction.
• Own post-sale account management for key partners — execute onboarding, optimise yield, and expand revenue via upsell and cross-sell strategies.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations and technology teams to ensure smooth onboarding, seamless technical integration, and timely issue resolution.
• Conduct ongoing performance analysis to uncover optimization opportunities and scale revenue for both TGM and publishers.
• Educate publishers on the value proposition of TGM’s suite of ad tech solutions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and proactively suggest improvements to publisher strategies.
• Represent TGM at industry events, conferences, and virtual meetings to evangelize our platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications• 1–3 years of experience in publisher development, preferably in the ad tech or digital advertising space.
• Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
• Demonstrated experience working with Web, In-App, and/or CTV publishers.
• Proven track record of onboarding and scaling publisher relationships.
• Strong negotiation and contract-closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive deals to completion.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with monetization strategies including open auction, PMP, and direct deals.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
