📌 Job Summary
We are looking for a CPS – International Delivery Specialist with 2–4 years of experience in affiliate/performance marketing. The role involves managing global CPS campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery, optimizing performance, and coordinating with affiliates, advertisers, and internal teams.
📌 Key Responsibilities🔹 Campaign Delivery & Management
- Manage and execute international CPS (Cost Per Sale) campaigns
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns across geographies (US, UK, UAE, etc.)
- Coordinate with affiliate networks like CJ Affiliate, Impact, Rakuten Advertising
🔹 Affiliate & Publisher Management
- Onboard and manage global affiliates/publishers
- Build strong relationships to increase campaign scale
- Monitor affiliate performance and quality
🔹 Performance Optimization
- Track KPIs: ROI, ROAS, Conversion Rate, AOV
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions
🔹 Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with internal sales, content, and tech teams
- Coordinate with international clients for campaign requirements
- Ensure clear communication across time zones
🔹 Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Analyze traffic quality, conversions, and revenue
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and affiliate dashboards
🔹 Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure campaigns follow advertiser guidelines
- Monitor fraud, fake leads, or invalid traffic
- Maintain campaign hygiene and tracking accuracy
📌 Required Skills🔹 Must-Have
- 2–4 years in Affiliate Marketing / CPS Delivery
- Experience with international markets (US, UK, etc.)
- Strong analytical & reporting skills
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms
🔹 Good to Have
- Knowledge of coupon/deal websites
- Experience in e-commerce verticals
- Understanding of tracking tools & pixels
