We are looking for a motivated and communication-driven intern who wants to build a career in mobile advertising, publisher partnerships, and business development.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, account management, and growing business relationships in the AdTech/App Marketing ecosystem.
Role Overview
As a Publisher Growth Intern, you will be responsible for onboarding new in-app/SDK publishers, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and helping scale campaign revenue through consistent communication and optimization support.
You will work closely with the business development and operations team to identify growth opportunities and build long-term publisher relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Publisher Onboarding
- Reach out to new in-app and SDK publishers globally
- Onboard publishers for CPI/CPA mobile app campaigns
- Explain campaign requirements, KPIs, and traffic expectations
- Coordinate technical setup with internal teams when required
Account Management
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing publishers
- Ensure smooth campaign execution and timely communication
- Follow up regularly for scaling opportunities and performance improvements
- Resolve publisher queries and provide operational support
Revenue Growth
- Identify opportunities to increase campaign volume and revenue
- Work with publishers to improve traffic quality and performance
- Share new campaign opportunities with partners
- Help optimize publisher performance based on advertiser feedback
Market Research & Outreach
- Research potential publishers, ad networks, and SDK partners
- Use LinkedIn, Skype, Telegram, email, and other channels for outreach
- Maintain publisher databases and track communication updates
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily/weekly updates on publisher activity and campaign growth
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign tracking and validation
- Monitor campaign delivery and escalate issues when needed
Requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong interest in mobile advertising, performance marketing, or AdTech
- Good understanding of apps, digital marketing, or online advertising is a plus
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of CPI, CPA, SDK, MMP, or affiliate marketing
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach or publisher communication
- Familiarity with mobile attribution platforms like Adjust/Appsflyer is a plus
