Description:
We are looking for an experienced Publisher Acquisition Manager with background in adtech and publisher monetization to help grow our network of websites using our video monetization player.
IMPORTANT: Please do NOT apply if you don’t have direct experience in adtech, programmatic advertising, or publisher monetization.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard publishers (websites with traffic)
Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold outreach)
Build relationships with website owners, media groups, and content networks
Pitch a video monetization solution (player-based)
Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified publisher leads
Requirements (Mandatory)
Experience in adtech, programmatic advertising, or publisher monetization
Experience selling or onboarding publishers (not general B2B sales)
Familiarity with CPM, programmatic, video ads, or SSPs
Proven experience with cold outreach in this space
Nice to have
Existing network of publishers
Experience with video monetization (Outstream, Instream, etc.)
