Senior Manager Talent Management

As a Senior Manager, Talent Management you will be responsible for partnering with the leadership team to develop and execute the Talent Management Strategy across the organization. This includes leadership development, performance management, coaching, succession planning, learning & development and employee engagement initiatives. You will play a key role in providing strategic direction, driving initiatives, and building a culture of continuous learning and development.
