We are seeking a Senior Engineer, Martech platforms with a strong foundation in modern web technologies and a passion for automation, AI driven solutions, and digital marketing platforms. This role goes beyond traditional development—it requires a consultative mindset, the ability to design intelligent systems, and a drive to optimize digital experiences through data and innovation. Responsibilities Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using .NET, Web APIs, and modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular). Build and maintain automation frameworks for testing, deployment (CI/CD), and data processing pipelines. A sound knowledge and experience on Digital Marketing platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, GCP etc Lead technical discussions with team members, translating business needs into technical solutions. Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies in AI, automation, and martech. Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong backend (.NET, C#, Web API) and frontend (React/Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) expertise. Proficiency in scripting, automation, and 3rd party integration development. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), including services like EC2, Lambda, S3, Redshift, and Snowflake. Strong database skills (SQL, PL/SQL, Data Warehousing concepts, ETL). Hands-on experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, VSTS). Exposure to digital marketing platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), or loyalty systems is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI/ML frameworks (scikit-learn, AWS AI services, or similar). Knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms (Adobe Experience cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GCP, etc.). Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI practices. Consulting experience or client-facing roles in martech or digital transformation projects. Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to problem-solving. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Passion for innovation, automation, and delivering business value through technology. Self-starter with a growth mindset and adaptability to evolving tech landscapes.
