About the role

This is a senior position that plans and implements high priority agency operation initiatives and processes, with a core focus to integrate systems and workflow linked to agency billing and ad operation. This role will work extensively with regional and local cross-function teams, including Media, Media Operations, Technology and Activation Group (TAAG) to deliver best-in-class agency operation practices to the agency, supporting diverse global and local client portfolios and regional operation initiatives and system implementations. The role will require a balance of strategic and proactive solutioning from on-going updates to our SOPs and best practices, to resolving immediate or imminent challenges around system, technology, billing and ad ops. The role will also ensure technology and operational considerations are verified and addressed for products and solutions. Responsibilities: Oversee local centralised buying and billing operation. Work with various regional and internal stake holders like SG Tech and Ops team, local planning teams and Finance, local Re:Sources and Starscape team to deliver best in class billing operations. POC and local escalation point for any billing requirements and/or challenges; set up joint solutions and regular work streams with local teams and Finance to develop integrated workflow, to improve billing turn-around time. Ensure agency users are fully on-board with Starscape, Publicis Groupe’s proprietary plan to billing ops system and workflow. Manage team's capacity, working closely with managers to manage overall team’s workload and capacity. Clear understanding of agency and all clients’ billing process and requirements. Review and implement Starscape enhancement to streamline data naming convention, improve accuracy for OCR and automated invoice matching. Local POC for mid-to-long term system roll-out and working integration, like Starscape, SAP/Altair, project management tool rOar, ensure local requirements are captured timely and accurately, drive local UAT, trials and trainings.
