This role is best suited for someone who enjoys program coordination, communication management, visual presentation creation, and ensuring smooth execution of learning initiatives. The selected candidate will work closely with the Senior Manager and support end-to-end execution of capability programs. πΉ Role Mandate: You will be responsible for: β’ Keeping learning programs organized and on track β’ Managing communication with participants and stakeholders β’ Creating clean and professional presentations and visual updates β’ Ensuring timelines, trackers, and follow-ups are managed efficiently πΉ Key Responsibilities: β
Program Management β’ Support planning and execution of learning and capability programs β’ Maintain timelines, trackers, calendars, and checklists β’ Schedule sessions and coordinate logistics β’ Follow up on pending actions and proactively escalate delays β
Communication Management β’ Draft and manage program communications including: Announcements Registration emails Session reminders Post-session follow-ups β’ Ensure communication is clear, concise, and error-free β’ Maintain communication calendars for programs β
Visual & Graphic Support β’ Create simple and professional: Program overviews Leadership update decks Session presentations Visual summaries β’ Convert updates/content into easy-to-understand slides and visuals β’ Maintain consistency in formatting and presentation standards β
Data & Tracker Management β’ Maintain attendance and completion trackers β’ Update simple reports and summaries β’ Ensure data accuracy and hygiene β
Coordination & Stakeholder Management β’ Coordinate with internal teams, facilitators, participants, and stakeholders β’ Track confirmations and pending actions β’ Ensure closure of all action items and smooth program delivery πΉ Ideal Candidate Profile: β’ 1β3 years of experience in: Program coordination HR / L&D / Operations Project support or communication roles β’ Strong written communication skills β’ Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets β’ Familiarity with PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva β’ Strong organizational and follow-up skills β’ Attention to detail and structured working style
