Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Public Speaking Tutor. The tutor will be responsible for conducting engaging virtual classes, teaching public speaking techniques, and providing constructive feedback to students to build their confidence. Additional responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, tailoring content based on student age groups, monitoring student progress, and maintaining an encouraging and supportive environment that promotes skill growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to teach public speaking and provide actionable feedback
- Experience in creating structured lesson plans and delivering online educational content
- Demonstrated skills in engaging with children and adapting teaching methods to suit various age groups
- Background in education, communication, or related fields is preferred
- Proficiency in using virtual teaching platforms and digital tools
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and mentoring youth
- Ability to work independently in a remote teaching environment
