Position: Public Speaking / English Teacher (Fantastiqo Education Private Limited)
Location: Work from home | Remote
Working Hours: 5 pm to 10 pm (Tuesday to Friday).
10 am to 10 pm ( Saturday & Sunday).
Flexible Timing.
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday | Monday is fixed off.
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Fantastiqo emerged on 9th July , 2020 as an emerging startup and launched its first
internship batch on 10th July with 17 interns under it. It started its area of working
with Social Media Marketing and Graphic Designing and then it expertised interns in
these respective fields to make them professional. Fantastiqo Education Pvt. Ltd. is
a leading EdTech organization committed to empowering students with essential
21st-century skills such as communication, critical thinking, and public speaking
through innovative educational programs.
Conduct demonstrations (“demos”) of public speaking / English lessons
regularly, as per targets. For example: at least 2 demos daily; ~40
demos/month, with a 30% conversion rate into enrolments/sales (i.e., ~12
enrollments per month) from those demos.
Ensure each demo is of sufficient quality and time duration (e.g. ~45 minutes
minimum) to properly showcase the teaching and speaking skills.
Maintain and update administrative records (demo schedules, conversion
tracking sheets etc.)
Meet deadlines for tasks assigned.
Participate in promotional/enrollment efforts via demos.
Skills & Qualifications
Good command over spoken and written English. Strong communication skills
are essential.
Ability to engage audiences in a demo / teaching scenario.
Strategic mindset: able to plan and execute demos, understand conversion
metrics.
Time management skills; ability to manage daily / monthly targets.
Reliable, self-motivated, disciplined to work remotely / independently.
Experience: Varies; many listings specify 1-7 years of experience.
Education: Generally a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is acceptable.
Some teaching credentials or related discipline preferred.
