Role Description This full-time remote role is for a Public Speaking and Communications Mentor supporting learners across all regions in India, including grownups and toddlers. The mentor will design and deliver online sessions focused on public speaking, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills tailored to different age groups. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting live classes, providing constructive feedback, and tracking learner progress. The role involves working closely with families and adult learners to understand learning goals, adapting teaching styles to diverse needs, and using interactive techniques and digital tools to make sessions engaging. The mentor will collaborate with the broader Fantastiqo team to refine curricula, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement in learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage both young children and adults.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear articulation, active listening, and empathetic interaction.
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, coaching, or training, preferably in communication, soft skills, or language development.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans and activities that are age-appropriate and aligned with learning objectives.
- Comfort with online teaching platforms, digital communication tools, and basic e-learning technologies.
- Patience, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse learners across regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Psychology, English, or a related field; relevant certifications in public speaking or training are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple batches or sessions.
- Prior experience working with children (including early childhood learners) and adult learners is highly beneficial.
