Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Public Speaking and Communications Mentor for all Regions. The mentor will design and deliver structured sessions on public speaking, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills to learners across different age groups and geographies. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, conducting live online classes or workshops, providing individualized feedback, and tracking learner progress. The role involves collaborating with academic and content teams to refine curricula, incorporating interactive activities and assessments, and using online tools and platforms to create engaging learning experiences. The mentor will also participate in regular training, share best practices with colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement of Fantastiqo’s communication skills programs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in public speaking, verbal communication, and presentation delivery.
- Candidates should possess skills in coaching, mentoring, and giving constructive feedback to diverse learners.
- Candidates should possess skills in online teaching tools, virtual classroom platforms, and basic digital literacy.
- Candidates should possess skills in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and classroom facilitation.
- Candidates should possess interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work with learners from varied backgrounds.
- Relevant experience in teaching, training, or communicative role in education, corporate training, or similar fields is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in education, communications, English, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and maintain a professional learning environment is required.
